The Eurasian Group (EAG) was established in Moscow on October 6, 2004, by the initiative of the Inaugural Conference and the Russian Federation; supported by the FATF, IMF, World Bank, and several other countries. The EAG is a FATF-style regional regulatory body. Became an Associate Member of the FATF in June 2010.
